Activities/Attractions: April Cottage is situated in Ifield Village, Sussex, an historical village which is mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The guest house is approximately a 10 minute drive from London Gatwick Airport.
There are local shops, a church and theatre all within the village to provide our guests with all the facilities that they would require. We also have a range of pubs and restaurants within a short walk of the guest house.
Ifield Barn Theatre is located in a 13th Century barn, complete with original exposed Oak beams in the auditorium. As members we would love to take you on a guided tour, we could even include a look back stage!
Crawley Town centre is about 5 minutes by car and offers superior shopping facilities which meet the requirements of all but the most hardy shopper.
There are many local places of interest which can be visited by a short train or car ride. These include National Trust properties, Borde Hill, Leonardslee Gardens and Devils Dyke.

Arguably one of the prettiest of the Gatwick Guest Houses, it is a 200 year old brick and stone built cottage situated in a quiet lane in Ifield Village. April Cottage has been converted to provide non smoking guest house accommodation close to London Gatwick Airport.
All rooms have been individually decorated and have full central heating, colour television, hair dryer and a hot beverage tray with ample supply of tea (including fruit teas), coffee and hot chocolate. Decaffeinated products are available on request.

Our twin rooms have wash basin and share a bathroom and shower. Our double room has full en-suite facilities.
