Its houses of white and gray stone rise up in a spiral around the rock where the village is set. At the very top is the church and the castle which face out onto the hills of the Luberon.

Due to its privileged position, its exceptional charm and its typical architecture, Gordes has been listed as "one of the most beautiful villages of France."

Gordes is 40 min from Avignon, 2h 40 from Paris with the TGV and one hour from the capital by plane, 50 min from the Marseille-Provence airport in Marignane and two short hours from Nice and the Cote d’Azur.

General Information: In the heart of Provence, Christine and Robert welcome you all year round to La Guillone Guest Home ... their bastide (18th century) property ... in the family for 5 generations, surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees.

Situated near Gordes, La Guillone (haven of peace) is the ideal place for unforgettable visits to Luberon and quickly you’ll be under the charm of the convivial and warm atmosphere of Provençale life.

You have a choice, in the annex or in the old sheepfold, of 3 renovated accommodations, 2 rooms and 1 suite personalized and bright:

• The "Garance" Room: bed 140 x 190, shower and private wc, central heating.
  
• The "Genêt" Room: bed 140 x190, shower and private wc. Central heating. A big living room is reserved for the guests. Kitchen in common for the rooms "Genêt" and "Garance" for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Terrace with arbour, parking.
  
• The "Bergerie" Suite (70 m2): 2 rooms (1 bed 140 x190 and 2 beds 90 x 190), shower and private wc, a big living room, dinning room, kitchen at disposal from 4 nights, central heating. Terrace with summerhouse, parking.
  

Breakfast (home made jams, viennoiseries, in season fruits, honey from our hives) will be served during the warmer seasons on our terrace, under the arbour, with panoramic views over Luberon.
