Activities/Attractions: Kent has lots to do and see for all ages; attractive quite intricate countryside; good seaside resorts - old-fashioned without being jaded Canterbury has many fine buildings besides the cathedral itself, including two interesting heritage centres, and well shown Roman remains.

Dover is also an excellent place for a day out, and more immediately appealing to most children; its castle is splendid, and the White Cliffs Experience is very well done indeed - a great family favourite. The central location makes it ideal to visit:

General Information: Welcome to Crockshard Farmhouse B&B ... a beautiful period farmhouse set in vivid, colourful gardens, and situated in a peaceful country hamlet, Crockshard is a perfect base for visiting all of Kent, England.

Ensuite facilities, family rooms and doubles, including a new family suite. Friendly farm animals to see, and pets are welcome to stay as well.

Most bedrooms are family rooms, some en suite all with tea/coffee making facilities. There is a large drawing room in which guests may relax, watch TV or have a go on the pianola!
