History on the Walls - take the mural tour and enjoy over 30 historic murals that depict the people and events that shaped the community, including the largest historic outdoor mural in North America, located across the harbour at downtown Midland. General Information: Little Lake Inn Bed and Breakfast in Midland, Ontario, Canada is a single-storey home with 11 foot ceilings and was originally a commercial building that belonged to the Chew Lumber company. It was moved (in two parts) to the current site overlooking Little Lake around the time of the First World War, operated as a guest house in the 1940's, and was once occupied by a mayor. The Inn received an honourable mention from the Town of Midland Heritage Committee for the year 2001 and a Historical Architectural Merit Award in the Residential Category. The Inn features:
