All homes are owned by John and Susan. Because we rent them ourselves (with no brokers or villa agents), we’re able to offer you prices often a $1,000 a week less than a comparable luxury house. (In the case of La Perla our magnificent oceanfront villa, the savings maybe be $2,000 a week or more).
This Notchbrook Ski House offers breath-taking views of the ski area and Stowe's lifts. When you arrive you'll be greeted by a fine bottle of wine waiting for you, complimentary beverages, designer fragrance soaps like you'd find at the very best resorts. If you arrive late, don't worry, there is coffee and cereals and milk provided to get you going the next morning. Other features include:

"Just a quick note to let you know we all enjoyed 911 Notch brook house and had a great time in Stowe last weekend. It was a very busy 4 days after "forcing" myself to go back to work. The house has a lot of character and we all found it to be very comfortable. The HUGE great room was a big hit. We also drove down the road and checked out your new house at 1936 Notchbrook Rd. "By far yours is the nicest place in which I've ever spent a vacation. So many comforts and conveniences, so little time. The week went by much too quickly. In fact, given the blizzard on Wednesday we checked to see if it was available an extra night. Even though it was a cold week we did some great skiing and we could have picked no better place from which to have witnessed 3 feet of snowfall!
