Activities/Attractions: Tintagel is world famous for its numerous connections with the Arthurian legends. King Arthur was said to be born on Tintagel Island. Tintagel Castle was recently voted one of the most romantic places in the whole Country. In Tintagel you can leisurely browsing the local shops, enjoy a cream tea or homemade pasty.
Take a walk over to the remains of the 13th Century Castle perched high above the Atlantic waves. A "must visit" whilst in North Cornwall. Soak up the unique atmosphere generated by the magnificent views and world famous legends. Tintagel has much to offer visitors including visitor centres, beautiful walks, good shops and many local pubs & inns.
The centre of Tintagel is only a two minutes stroll away and is itself steeped in history and folklore. King Arthur’s legendary Castle is the main drawing point for tourists in the area. The English Heritage site sits perched on the cliff-tops and according to legend is the site visited by Arthur and Merlin the Magician.
Bosayne is an ideal touring base for the surrounding area, the
rest of Cornwall and parts of Devon. In close proximity are
Bossiney Cove and Trebarwith Strand. Both are great bathing
and surfing beaches. Outdoor enthusiasts will find
walking and cycling routes crossing the countryside and trailing
the sea on coastal paths. Bosayne is only 22 miles from the
famous Eden Project and a little further to the Lost Gardens of
Heligan.
Cornwall is very spiritual and contains many sites with standing stones including Man An Tol and Trethevy Quoit.

General Information: Welcome to Bosayne Guest House on the north coast of Cornwall in the village of Tintagel ... where the Walker family - Julie, Keith and their two children - welcome you to their charming Edwardian House & Holiday Cottage. Bosayne lies only 200 metres from the rolling waves of the Atlantic, as they crash on idyllic beaches. Inside you are warmly welcomed into the comfortable surroundings of our friendly family run Bed and Breakfast.
Our Edwardian house has eight guest bedrooms comprising single, twin, double and family. Many are en-suite. Recycling, energy and water saving are an everyday practice and local produce, local suppliers and Fair-trade products are used wherever possible.
