Activities/Attractions: The Big Island is one of dramatic contrasts with lush rainforests and cascading waterfalls in the east, the coffee plantations, crystal waters and golden sands of the sun-blessed west and the macadamia nut orchards and is home to the only active volcano in the islands. Not to be missed, a tour of Volcanoes National Park, where an 11 mile drive encircles the still active Kilaueau Crater and for the experience of a lifetime, fly by helicopter over red hot lava flows and finally, a must visit is Dolphin Quest for a swim with the Dolphins.

Most activities are within walking distance. There are many wonderful restaurants, stores and boutiques and a tropical Farmer's Market with fresh fruits and flowers, handmade items and local art. There are Theaters, night life and churches plus the beaches and parks, all within walking distance.
