attracts the rich and fashionable of all generations. Coupled with
local skaters, joggers, volleyball competitions, regattas, and

All of our apartments offer comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Nice Pebbles take great pride in their apartments and we strive to be competitive both in price and quality.
Nice Pebbles apartments are all within 20 minutes walking distance to the pebbled beach on the Promenade des Anglais. This was why we chose our name Nice Pebbles. We will not take on holiday apartments if the walk to the beach is any further than 20 minutes. Our promise is that once you have stayed in one of our apartments, you won't want to book hotels in Nice again. We aim to provide all the comfort of a hotel suite at a fraction of the cost.
- Studio 6 is a very well organised and well thought out studio is situated
on one of the best streets of the Old Town
- Croix is a rustic 1 bedroomed apartment, in an 18th century building,
sympathetically restored in the heart of the Old Town
- Risso 1 is connected to a hotel and located next to the Acropolis
exhibition centre, this seventh floor apartment enjoys fantastic
panoramic views from a quiet terrace and a rooftop pool for
residents use
- Terrasse is a well-presented fifth floor apartment that has the benefit
of a substantial terrace and open plan living area. Ideal for a
couple, this one bedroom apartment has special romantic charm
- Boucherie is situated in the central hub of the Old Town, a few steps away
from the famous Place Rossetti, this two bedroomed apartment is
tasteful and charming
- Risso II is a quality 2-bedroom apartment situated in central Nice on
Boulevard Risso next to the Acropolis exhibition centre. On the
seventh floor connected to a hotel, this apartment enjoys fantastic
panoramic views from a quiet terrace and a rooftop pool for
residents use
- Alexandre Mari was renovated in 2005 by one of Nice's most respected
designers, the interior of this apartment, coupled with its prime
location, make this a fantastic holiday apartment
- Giofreddo is a fully refurbished modern 2-bedroom apartment in central
Nice situated just a few steps away from Place Masséna and
Galeries Lafayette (the French Harvey Nichols!). It's a perfect
apartment for shopaholics
- Lascaris is a 3-bedroomed apartment just off the Port of Nice, known
locally as Port Nicea, boasts no less than 4 balconies, a huge open
plan living area with air conditioning, a DVD player, and Sky
television with full subscription

Our price includes one of our representatives meeting you on arrival, a basic grocery pack to get you started in the apartment, all utilities and cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay. You will also have a contact during your stay to deal with any difficulties which may arise. The price does not include linens or towels.
