"We are regular visitors here and can honestly say that is a great place to stay, especially if you are intending to spend time in the park. It is the closest spot to the west gate and is right on Highway 60 (good--it is convenient; bad--sometimes there is traffic going by that can be an unwelcome intrusion on the beauty of the location). We love it because it allows us to spend all day in the park hiking and/or canoeing and yet we get to return at the end of each day in the wilderness to a wonderful spot that has very good food and accommodations. Gary and Tina are great hosts and the Inn is very clean and well maintained. We've stayed in several different units (both in the rooms and the suites) and they are all well appointed and very comfortable. It sits right on the Oxtongue and you can get some lovely evening sunsets and if you rise early enough, the ducks and loons will be right outside your door."
